Orlando Indian Restaurant Receives Award from Local Newspaper
Orlando, FL (PRWEB) March 9, 2008 -- Passage to India is pleased to announce their recent Reader's Choice award from the Orlando Sentinel. The North Indian restaurant appears in the newspaper's Best Indian category for the 2007 Foodie Awards. Although this is not the first time they have received a Reader's Choice award from a local publication, they are honored to be mentioned in this category.
Passage to India, which is owned and operated by Uday Kadam, was named in the Sentinel's Reader's Choice category, and also in the Channel 2 NBC "A List-Best Indian Restaurants". The restaurant has already received a glowing review from Orlando Sentinel food critic Scott Joseph in the past, and inspired the same accolades from local diners who voted in the Foodie Awards.
The restaurant has also received approval from AAA and Mobile, and has been featured in Florida Trends Magazine, Pioneer Press and Vegetarian Times magazine. Exceptional reviews have been written about Passage to India in The Orlando Sentinel, the Sentinel's Takeout Review, Fodor's Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World, and the Vegetarian Guide to Walt Disney World.
The Passage to India's fine North Indian cuisine can be found on the northern end of International Drive in the Disney World area. The dining experience they offer has not only received critical acclaim, but has also inspired rave reviews from celebrities and other guests. This is apparent from the dozens of photographs, comments and letters that line their walls.
